Week 1: Baseline & Body Map

  • Learn why dysregulation isn’t your fault—it’s just a learned protection

Week 2: Safety in the Body

You don’t have to feel calm—you just have to feel safe.

  • Explore what safety actually feels like for you

  • Learn titration and pendulation (how to feel without flooding)

  • Start building somatic trust—slowly, gently, deeply

  • Anchor into micro-moments of safety and ease

Outcome: Somatic self-trust. Tools that meet your body where it is.

Week 3: Releasing Without Retelling

You don’t have to re-live it to release it.

  • Let go of stored stress and emotion through body-based practices

  • Move energy through, not around

  • Learn how your system metabolizes experience

  • Use EFT, somatic tracking, and movement to create space

Outcome: Lightness. Emotional release without retraumatizing.

Week 4: Rewire the Response

Regulation is a practice. Rewiring is a pattern shift.

  • Interrupt the loop of overthinking, people-pleasing, and shutdown

  • Build new pathways through repetition, rhythm, and presence

  • Use breathwork, sound, and movement to reinforce new responses

  • Teach your body what safe feels like, again and again

Week 5: The Capacity to Receive

Can your body hold joy, celebration, rest… without bracing?

  • Expand your system’s tolerance for “good” sensation

  • Learn why celebration and softness can feel unsafe

  • Train your body to hold more of what you desire

  • Explore pleasure, rest, intimacy, and expression as regulation tools

Week 6: Integration & Identity

  • Root into your new baseline

  • Create rituals for real-life integration

  • Build a regulation menu that’s yours for the long haul
